Exhibition Booth – JPY 400,000

A 20% discount applies from the second booth onward. Please note that space is limited. In the case of multiple booth applications, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
The standard exhibition booth package includes:

Schedule (tentative):
Please note that the move-in and move-out schedule is subject to change. Booth allocation and layout will be announced around March 2027. Details regarding optional items will be provided in the “Exhibitor Manual,” scheduled for distribution around March 2027.

Included in the sponsorship fee:
- Venue rental
- Audio and lighting equipment (standard equipment arranged by the congress)
- Presentation equipment (screen, LCD projector, laser pointer, timer, etc.)
Not included in the sponsorship fee:
- Honoraria, travel expenses, and accommodation for chairpersons and speakers
- Food and beverages for participants (catering arrangements will be coordinated and managed by the Secretariat after confirming quantities with each sponsor)
- Staffing costs (e.g., distribution of materials/lunch boxes, lighting operation, announcements, etc.)
- Audio recording, video recording, and simultaneous interpretation equipment
NB: Please obtain prior consent from the session chairpersons and speakers for any recording, filming, or media coverage.
Exclusive E-blast to Registered Delegates – JPY 513,000
Exclusive email blast to pre-registered delegates at a date and time coordinated with the Congress Organizer.
The email content (HTML format, in accordance with the congress design guidelines) and preferred subject line to be provided by the sponsor.
Branded Delegate Lanyards – JPY 1,284,000
Branded lanyards will be provided to all onsite participants.
Congress Bag Sponsorship

- Institutional Sponsorship is reserved for educational institutions and hospitals.
- All sponsor representatives will receive lunch during the congress.
Sponsorship Fees
Please note that the CIIRTA 2027 Local Organizing Committee is not registered as a taxable entity for Japanese consumption tax. Accordingly, no consumption tax will be charged on sponsorship fees.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Once your application has been received, the secretariat will send you an invoice by email. Please make the payment within the due date indicated on the invoice.
Please note that cancellations and refunds are not possible after the invoice has been issued.
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY). If payment is made in a currency other than JPY, any associated fees must be borne by the applicant.
